PAYMENT ~ I accept several payment types. Credit card payments may be made using the secure PayPal service (www.paypal.ca). Email transfers through Canadian banks are also accepted. Please contact me if you have any questions. Payment must be made in Canadian Dollars. COA ~ A "Certificate of Authenticity" is included with each piece of art. This certificate includes details such as date of completion, dimensions, medium used, originality, etc. COA's will be included with original paintings ONLY. SHIPPING ~ FREE SHIPPING WITH EACH PIECE (within Canada). Shipping to other countries will be added onto the cost of the artwork. Works will be shipped via FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post depending on destination. Items will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase. An email will be sent to the customer once the item has been shipped. Insurance is always included in shipping. PERSONAL DELIVERY ~ I will personally deliver finished work to a client as a courtesy if the client lives within the Okanagan Valley (BC, Canada). As well, anyone purchasing artwork in the Okanagan Valley (BC, Canada) will receive a 10% discount on their next purchase. This is in effect to keep local art in our community. COPYRIGHTS ~ Unless special arrangements are made I retain all rights to the artworks sold here. I will reserve the right to post the artwork in my online galleries, to use the work in promotional materials, and to make prints and derivative products from the work. I do not sell the copyrights to any of my works. REFUNDS ~ Purchase of original artwork is non-refundable, unless damage or destruction of the work should occur while still in the artist's possession. |
